ARCO/Murray is currently looking for a new addition to join our highly motivated Business Development team. This opportunity will work primarily under the direction of Business Development leadership while performing a variety of tasks in support of our sales professionals such as lead generation research and managing the sales tracking process. Additionally, this person will collaborate with our marketing team to develop and maintain related marketing tactics such as drip campaigns and social media initiatives.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Identify and engage new clients through cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and industry events
- Track and update sales opportunities and client data within relevant internal databases, including Salesforce
- Assist with data management for a variety of business development, marketing, and proposal artifacts
- Assist in the overall development of proposals, including proofreading correspondence, proposals, and reports prior to distribution
- Perform data analysis on performance metrics related to business development, proposal, and marketing initiatives
- Perform research on targeted companies/prospects and growth industries
- Assist Business Development in team meetings and with other team members that include Engineering/Design, Operations, Project Management, Sales, and other AMNC departments
- Support BD professionals with daily/weekly/monthly organizational and administrative tasks
- Assist BD professionals in supporting PM broker tracking and touches
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Real Estate preferred (degrees in Marketing, Communications, or similar will also be considered)
- Minimum of two years’ work experience in marketing or sales-related position
- Experience in managing and updating contact lists a CRM tool, preferably SalesForce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present to various internal organizational levels
- Exhibits a proclivity for future sales/BD/opportunity-sourcing role
- Exudes a positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to travel as-needed nationwide
