POSITION SPECIFICS
The laboratory of Associate Professor Ganesh Anand in the Chemistry Department at The Pennsylvania State University seeks to fill a postdoctoral research position to work in the areas of structural mass spectrometry, biophysical chemistry, and physical virology.
The position requires a PhD in chemistry with a focus on structural mass spectrometry and virology research, or an equivalent doctorate in an appropriate field. Researchers with training in protein and virus purification, proteomics, and amide hydrogen deuterium mass spectrometry are preferred, but individuals trained in other fields of analytical and biochemistry are welcome to apply.
Interested and qualified applicants should submit applications electronically and include a CV with their research history and a complete list of publications. Following a screening of initial application materials, appropriate candidates will be contacted by email and asked to arrange for letters of recommendation to be sent so that they might be considered further.
