The Opportunity

We are looking for a high‑impact Senior Investor Relations and M&A Analyst to join our global finance team. This dual‑focus role bridges capital markets communication and inorganic growth strategy. You will partner with leadership on quarterly earnings materials, manage day‑to‑day investor engagement, and drive financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own drafting and refinement of quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and Q&A briefs for the executive team.
  • Maintain global investor database, schedule one‑on‑one meetings, and track feedback to inform messaging.
  • Monitor sell‑side research, peer performance, and capital‑market trends; produce competitive intelligence reports.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, comps, LBO) for potential transactions and long‑range planning.
  • Support due diligence workstreams for M&A projects.
  • Prepare valuation, accretion/dilution, and scenario analyses; synthesize findings into board‑ready investment memos.
  • Support post‑merger integration planning and KPI tracking to ensure deal thesis realisation.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure timely filings and covenant compliance.
  • Partner with FP&A to align external guidance with internal forecasts and financial targets.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Timely release of all investor materials with zero restatements.
  • Increase in quality investor engagement – ≥ 20 % YoY growth in targeted institutional meetings.
  • Analyst Coverage Sentiment: maintain ≥ 90 % ‘Buy/Outperform’ ratings.
  • Model Accuracy: ≤ 3 % variance between forecasted and actual key deal metrics year one post‑close.

Qualifications

  • 5‑8 years’ combined experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Investment Banking or Strategy at a high‑growth tech or SaaS company (public or preparing to go public).
  • Expert financial modelling skills (Excel, Sheets); proficiency in Capital IQ, PitchBook or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record supporting or executing M&A transactions (≥ $50 M deal value).
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and key disclosure regulations (SEC Reg FD, non‑GAAP metrics).
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Engineering; MBA, CFA or CPA a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort navigating time‑zones and collaborating with global stakeholders.
