The regional office is looking for its next HR apprentice starting in September 2025!
Your responsibilities:
The apprentice will join the Human Resources team at the regional office based in Neuilly-sur-Seine and successfully carry out the following tasks:
- Social relations: preparation and participation of the CSE and CSSCT, benchmarking for agreement negotiations, preparation of NAOs, legal research
- HR Communication & Administrative support:
- drafting contracts, amendments, DPAE, coordination of the occupational health service, monitoring payroll elements
- workshop organization, preparation of employee gifts, HR newsletter
- HR Controlling Support:
- monitoring headcount, international mobility data and consolidation of social reporting (BDESE, Bilan Social, ad hoc social reports, gender equality index)
- compensation and benefits support
- HR project management: supporting the HR team in the management of the continuous and sustainable improvement of processes and tools (e.g., review of internal / external processes in the context of payroll outsourcing)
- HR support for intern & apprentice community: recruitment, point of contact, and animation of the community
The apprentice will also have opportunities to explore additional areas of Human Resources and provide support to HRBPs on various other topics as needed.
About you:
- You are a student enrolled in a Master's program at a Business School or University
- You have previous experience in Human Resources
- You speak fluently in both French and English
- You are proactive and excellent organizational skills
- You are data-driven and have strong attention to detail
- An interest in labor law is also appreciated
