Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in perception systems, including KPIs and performance.
  • 2 years of experience in the XR industry, including launches and research.
  • Experience developing new system capabilities, features, and interfaces.
  • Experience building products with machine-learning, computer vision, and perception features.
  • Experience developing consumer electronics hardware products.
  • Experience delivering products and technologies (e.g., new technology introduction).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define and advance the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for input and interaction systems on multiple extended reality devices with multiple modalities, including natural inputs and peripherals.
  • Collaborate with platform, System UI, and app teams to define extended reality input and interaction systems.
  • Drive an AI-forward input and interaction system that takes advantage of conversational, voice-based input.
  • Develop a strategy that can adapt to multiple types of extended reality devices running Android extended reality.
  • Cultivate ongoing relationships and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams (e.g., software, research UX/UXR, technical program managers) to drive timely execution and delivery.
