Job Summary
The Office of Planning & Institutional Effectiveness is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Assessment to lead and coordinate comprehensive assessment initiatives across academic and administrative units. This leadership role is critical in advancing the University’s mission of continuous improvement and institutional excellence. The Director will be responsible for implementing University-wide strategies for assessing student learning outcomes and developing policies and plans for the evaluation of administrative functions. Serving as a key consultant, the Director will work closely with faculty, department chairs, and deans to support the design, execution, and analysis of academic program assessments. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leading assessment initiatives and leveraging assessment management software to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting. This individual will also collaborate with colleagues across the institution to support accreditation reaffirmation and ensure ongoing compliance with institutional and external standards.
