Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience to lead and support enterprise-level infrastructure initiatives. This role involves managing and optimizing both physical and virtual server environments, with a strong focus on Windows Server platforms and Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAN/NAS storage systems, virtualization, and core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. A strong understanding of security best practices, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a proven track record of leading complex projects with minimal supervision are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution and support.
• Manage and optimize Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Oversee SAN and NAS storage systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and security.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and project outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles.
• Expertise in:
  • Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
  • Windows 10/11
  • Office 365 administration
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • SAN/NAS storage technologies
  • DNS, DHCP, and core networking concepts
  • SQL Server and database systems
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and project leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSA, MCSE).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $43.00/hr.
