About the Role:

The Senior Finance Manager for Infrastructure organizations will be a key strategic partner to the supply chain and hardware engineering leadership teams. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of server hardware and DC infrastructure, including FP&A, BOM, supply chain, engineering, and tech design support. The Senior Finance Manager will provide critical insights and support to drive governance of all hardware costs and data center investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the supply chain and technical design organizations, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Tech Design: Partner with engineering teams to optimize financial considerations regarding the design of upcoming compute and networking hardware
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering leadership to develop and implement strategies that support business objectives and enhance financial performance.
  • Hardware Costing: Align with supply chain, product, and hardware engineering on all infrastructure rate cards and support all future infrastructure BOM costing.
  • Cost Optimization: Partner with DC, Infrastructure, and supply chain leadership to optimize hardware cost across the portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product, capacity planning, and sales, to support overall business goals.

Minimum Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the technology or AI sector.
  • Extensive experience with financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $165,000-$220,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
