Your impact

Position: Business Intelligence Developer – Data Fabric & Advanced Analytics

Seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to aid in design, development, and help maintain BI solutions. Role would need to work to define & develop dashboards, reports, and data warehouses. Position would need proficiency working with multiple data sources and an acute ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and create visualizations to support decision-making.

Location: Remote in the United States

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and developing BI solutions: This includes creating dashboards, reports, data warehouses, and other BI tools.

Data modeling and schema design: Ensuring data is structured effectively for analysis.

Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL): Preparing data from various sources for BI applications.

Database management and optimization: Maintaining database performance and integrity.

Collaborating with stakeholders: Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Creating data visualizations: Presenting data in a clear and understandable format.

Troubleshooting and maintenance: Identifying and resolving issues with BI systems.

Here's what you'll need

  • Proficiency with BI tools: Including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
  • Understanding of data modeling and data schemas: Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts. Proficiency with ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter & Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
  • SQL and other programming languages: Ability to write queries, scripts and stored procedures for data manipulation.
  • Experience with data sources: Familiarity with various database systems and data formats.
  • Communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams. Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies as well as experience with utilizing scrum organization tools such as Jira or Azure Devops.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues and optimize BI systems.

Educational Background:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Master Data Management

100,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

130,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
