Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers, and scanners.
• Replace/repair computer hardware down to component level (e.g. Replacing laptop LCD screen, CPU fan, ribbon connectors, speaker, and more)
• Responding in a timely manner to service users' issues and requests.
• Perform bi-weekly rounding duty on all computer stations to ensure everything is in working condition.
• Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects, such as testing new technology on hardware and software.

Requirements:

• In the process of completing a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Interest in working for an eCommerce industry.
• Knowledge and/or experience with a variety of computer hardware and software system
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team
• Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various personalities.
• Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to various intellectual and practical problems.
• Deadline-driven
• Willing to work in the KL Eco City area
