PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Assemblers to support production operations at our client’s industry-leading manufacturing facility in Shrewsbury, MA. As an Assembler, you will be part of a high-performing team that builds and tests precision-engineered valve systems used in critical applications across multiple industries. Your work will directly impact the safety, performance, and reliability of essential equipment worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble and test both standard and specialty valves to exacting specifications
• Carefully read and interpret Manufacturing Orders and related documentation
• Follow written procedures and quality standards to ensure product accuracy
• Record all measurements, test results, and outcomes on Production and Test Records
• Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols
• Lift and handle materials and parts weighing up to 40 lbs

What You Bring:

Required:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions and technical documents
• Commitment to safety and product quality
• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks in a manufacturing environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing roles
• Familiarity with valve systems or mechanical testing procedures

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
