WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Content Editor, you will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by ensuring customer relevant content execution for all local activities. You will be responsible for creation of local content in email, push notification, social media and hm.com and coordination with production teams to execute all local activities.

You will:

  • Be fully immersed in the local daily plan to understand customer need, purpose and effect of local activities to understand how content should be crafted and composed in the most relevant way.
  • Closely collaborate with Media specialists and E-commerce teams to create the best customer relevant content, optimized for customer target groups, channel characteristics and best practice.
  • Based on global guidelines, templates and brand identity, create master briefs for email, hm.com teasers, push notification and social media for all local activities.
  • Conduct analysis on how the local content performs for the different customer target groups and visualize learnings in a sharable format.
  • Create variations of copy and content to enable AB tests in email, push and hm.com.
  • Brief & coordinate with Regional Production Hub so they can execute translations, versioning and publishing of local content.
  • Based on customer insights and data, secure that the content created is what the customer wants and what creates the best effect towards the set KPIs.
  • Share content insights & learnings with local, regional and global teams.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be at the heart of our content creation process, working closely with key teams to bring our brand to life across channels. You’ll collaborate with the E-commerce team, who will brief you on content needs and campaign goals. You’ll also work hand-in-hand with Content Coordinators, who will provide local translations, and the Owned Media team, who plan and schedule our newsletters and push notifications. Together, you’ll ensure our messaging is consistent, engaging, and tailored for our audience.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • Marketing or Creative copy/Design degree – if not, at least 3 years of working experience in content editor roles.
  • Great fashion copywriting skills in English and Polish language.
  • Visual eye for composing content stories and assets according to tone of voice, brand guidelines and templates.
  • Good understanding of content in digital channels such as email, push, social and websites.
  • Good knowledge of working in creative tools and MS Office package.
  • Good analytical ability and insights driven

  • Experienced from coordinating with many stakeholders and teams.
  • Structured, organized and efficient.
  • Experienced from writing copy and creation of content stories for digital channels.

This is a full-time and permanent contract, based in Warsaw, Poland. The Content Editor for Poland reports to the Content Coordinator & Copywriter Manager.
