We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT Director to lead the global technology strategy, development, and operations of Billing and Credit & Collections Systems. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, scalability, and compliance of revenue-related platforms across our global financial services operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade financial systems. This role will be responsible for providing governance for our existing global team distributed across Lithuania, USA, Costa Rica and India, as well as leading the insourcing of labor from various vendors and building our corporate technology competence center. It will be reporting to Head of Core Financial Services Technologies in Lithuania. This person is expected to operate autonomously in many situations by making decisions, pushing progress, and communicating the decisions to the CIO and subsequently to the organization. We would like our new colleague to operate in a highly collaborative manner across a diverse set of stakeholders and operational owners but also disrupt and overcome a culture of consensus decision making.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 5,484 – 9,138 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications,. skills and competencies.
