Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Design Drafters to join our Energy Business Group.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality projects for our internal and external clients, with an emphasis on continuing development and becoming professionally recognized in the industry.

This is an expression of interest. We are seeking candidates with focused experience in each area: Substation, Mining, or Industrial Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general electrical engineering tasks including drafting, design calculations, data analysis, and the use of engineering design software.
• Prepare and write clear, concise, and technically sound reports.
• If needed, conduct field testing and site-based investigations; compile, analyze, and evaluate collected data.
• If needed, coordinate technical activities on-site, including field testing, investigations, analytical setup, and subcontractor management.
• Collaborate with design stakeholders to ensure optimal project outcomes and effectively communicate technical information.
• Serve as Project Manager for routine projects, overseeing documentation such as scope of work and managing client communications.
• Supervise daily activities of the project or design team, including task allocation, quality checks, and performance feedback.
• Prepare proposals and pricing estimates for routine projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical drafting and design.
• Experience with engineering calculations is a plus.
• Strong team player with the ability to mentor and support junior team members.
• Solid understanding of applicable industry standards and guidelines.
• Technical writing experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and projects.

This position can be based in Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu, depending on your location preference.
