Are you a friendly, tech-savvy professional who enjoys helping others and thrives in an office setting? We have an exciting full-time, in-person opportunity in Elizabeth, NJ for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and supportive team!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of customer interaction, phone support, data entry, and creative office tasks — all within a welcoming, team-oriented environment. You’ll be the first voice many of our customers hear, so a friendly and professional phone presence is key!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service
• Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting daily office operations and using proprietary office tech
• Assisting with social media and marketing material creation

Bonus: Experience with QuickBooks is a big plus!

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of prior office or customer service experience
• Comfortable learning and using technology
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude
• Social media savvy and creative with marketing ideas
