Major Duties
Develops and validates customer segmentations, derivations of customer value metrics, analyses, and interpretation of data trends. Analyzes, sizes, and scopes large amounts of data, isolating key trends, and developing actionable solutions and recommendations. Partners with segment/program owners to design test pilots.
Develops and delivers effective presentations to summarize complex analyses and inform senior leadership.
Interfaces with commercial sector resources utilized for Exchange Customer Relationship Management (CRM) operations. Works with external vendor/partner resources for the development of business and/or customer insights to personalization plans.
Develops and maintains customer/marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) scorecards. Formulates statistical methodology to measure incremental impact and return on investment for key initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
