Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Solutions Analyst will collaborate with business areas to ensure the successful implementation, optimization, maintenance and support of relevant applications and solutions needed to support strategic and business imperatives. This individual will become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions, processes and workflows associated with the various lines of business. The Solutions Analyst will communicate the current and potential capabilities of IT solutions and services, ensuring proper workflow and configuration of the technology are reliable, effective and efficient.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field, and one year in Solutions/Systems/Business Analyst role or related operational position.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field, and three years in Solutions/Systems/Business Analyst role or related operational position.
• Technical diploma in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related technical field, and five years in Solutions/Systems/Business Analyst role or related operational position.

Preferred/Optional: Three years in Solutions/Systems/Business Analyst role or related operational position. Software development lifecycle management.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
