Your Team：
Customer Solution Engineeringでは、お客様が当社のCustomer Data Platform（CDP）を最大限に活用いただくために、戦略的なコンサルティングと技術的な実装支援を提供しています。お客様のビジネス成果を迅速に達成するために、以下のような多岐にわたる支援を提供しています。
高度な専門知識と経験を持つエキスパートによるコンサルティング
お客様のニーズに合わせた自社製品の導入支援やオンボーディング
業種業態を問わず、ベストプラクティスを活用した価値実現のサポート
トレーニングを通じたスキルトランスファーと体制構築の支援
お客様からのフィードバックを反映したプロダクト開発の促進
社内外向けに提案資料を作成し、プレゼンテーションを通じた説明・提案実施
Responsibilities:
お客様が当社のCDPを最大限に活用できるよう、顧客環境における技術的課題を解決するソリューションアーキテクトを募集しています。ソリューションアーキテクトはCDPの技術的な専門家として、他ロールと協力しながらCDP導入プロジェクトをリードします。
スケーラブルで信頼性の高いグローバルアーキテクチャを設計・構築する。
ビジネスユースケースをエンジニア向けの技術要件に変換する。
開発における拡張性、モジュール性、一貫性を確保するためにコードレビューを実施する。
AI/LLMやリアルタイム処理などの新機能を迅速にキャッチアップし、顧客にユースケースを提案する。
Treasure Data内のR&Dイニシアティブに貢献し、製品の継続的な進化に貢献する。
Requirements:
SQLやETL設計における深い知識と実務経験（2年以上）。
WEB開発において、JavaScript、htmlなどの技術を把握していること。
プレゼンテーションスキルと信頼されるアドバイザーとしての顧客対応力。
IT部門、ビジネスアナリスト、開発者と連携し、データの効果的な活用を支援できること。
データ＆テクノロジーのバックグラウンドがあり、過去にデータ指向ソリューション（DWH、ETL、MA、BIなど）の導入を成功させた経験がある。
Nice to Have:
マーケティング・アナリティクスの知識。
AWS、Azure、GCPを利用したアーキテクチャ設計やインフラ構築の経験。
英語を使用した業務経験。
Physical Requirements:
週5回東京オフィスへの出社
