Job Summary
The Sr. Software Engineer B2 role is designed for experienced professionals with 8 to 10 years of expertise in software development. The position requires proficiency in React JS Spring Boot and Java with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. The role operates in a hybrid work model allowing flexibility while ensuring collaboration during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable software applications using React JS Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize software solutions that align with company goals.
Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to improve system performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality and reduce manual testing efforts.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
Contribute to the development of software documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and system understanding.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions.
Ensure software security by implementing best practices and conducting regular security assessments.
Support deployment processes and monitor application performance post-deployment to ensure stability and user satisfaction.
