The Applications Operations Manager leads the delivery, support, and operational excellence of mission-critical corporate applications, with a focus on legacy on-premise systems supporting enterprise financial operations. This role manages a cross-functional team including .NET application developers, application support professionals, and a database expert. Applying DevOps principles—automation, continuous improvement, and operational discipline—the manager ensures performance, security, scalability, and compliance across all supported applications.
This role serves as the primary escalation point for complex application issues and fosters strong collaboration across Development, QA, Infrastructure, Security, Endpoint, and Service Desk teams. The manager ensures systems are stable, compliant, and production-ready, driving improvements in deployment, monitoring, disaster recovery, and security posture while delivering reliable business services.

Compensation Information:
The compensation package for the role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $135K - $165K annually. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.
