Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham and a Manufacturing Company located in Blaine have partnered together to recruit Warehouse/Forklift Operators! This is a long-term opportunity with a company that has great workplace culture, offers training opportunities, and overtime during their busy season! The right person for this role would be reliable, have forklift experience, or wants to learn, a team player, and wants to grow in their career!

Summer is almost here! What a great time to make some extra money!

Starting Pay: $20.75 per hour

Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:00pm-5:30am

Position Type: Evaluation hire

Location: Blaine

What you get to do:

• Picking and putting away pallets into storage racks
• Creating palletized orders for outbound shipping
• Stacking boxes
• Use an inventory management system to manifest inbound and outbound products
• Receive and pick inventory
• Load and unload trailers with a stand-up forklift
• Wrap Pallets
• Warehouse duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or older for insurance purposes
• Motivated to learn about the industry
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Work 35-45 hrs. weekly with possible overtime when needed
• Reliable team player who pays attention to detail
• Forklift Experience- Electric-Stand up reach and counterbalance forklifts and riding pallet jacks
• Basic Math Skills (Adding, subtracting, counting, multiplying, dividing) (This is both for general and forklift drivers)

Physical Requirements:

• Work in and out of a cold warehouse environment
• May need to lift up to 60 lbs. (case/boxes) when stacking boxes.-
• May stand for long periods on a warehouse floor and operate a forklift.
• Bending and kneeling at various times
• Must be able to work with safety signs and product paperwork
