We’re hiring a friendly, driven, and organized Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team where your communication skills and customer-first attitude will shine. In this role, you'll help customers over the phone, through email, and in person—supporting sales efforts from start to finish.

Whether you're answering questions, processing orders, or helping clients navigate product options, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and customers happy. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answer inbound calls and emails to assist customers with product questions, pricing, and order placement
• Provide quotes, process sales orders, and track shipments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and support
• Collaborate with outside sales reps, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth order flow
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and account information
• Support sales goals by identifying upsell opportunities and recommending solutions
• Stay informed about product offerings and company promotions
• Help troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
