Job Objectives

Act as Process Owner Delegate Logistics, focus APAC primarily China

Define and Design Logistics Processes APAC, in particular lead the process definition for the new China warehouse across functions

Define and test logistics solutions in digital tools (SAP and other)

Job Responsibilities

POD Responsibility for Logistics

Define the logistics processes for new China warehouse, following Satair’s global standards

Representing APAC in the global Process Definition

Define, document and deploy processes incl training

Define business requirements for IT

Perform tests of the systems/ UAT

Work Package lead for new China warehouse setup (WP Processes)

Stakeholder Management with the linked functions (COH, Quality, Planning/SC, PM, Repair)

Consulting/Supporting HO Logistic HUB SIN, WH Managers APAC and global

Responsible to drive requirements definition our of operational and project needs into the right channels (documents, systems)

Responsible to drive Satair process referentials (Symbio, SOPs)

Define and perform trainings for China

Job Requirements

Ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way for different stakeholders

Requirements Management with IT

Knowledge of the China logistics market including Customs

Digital and SAP skilled

Strong team player

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in an international environment

Good analytical skills; ability to see the bigger picture

Ability to execute and drive change

Intercultural understanding

Strong stakeholder management

Business Management

Good knowledge of SAP R/3

Good knowledge in process governance in the aviation context

Minimum 5-10 years relevant working experience

Working knowledge of English, both orally and in writing

Flexiblity for Move from BEJ to new China Warehouse Area required
