Job Title: Lumber Yard Associate (Bilingual – Spanish Required)

Location: Boring, Oregon

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)

Overview:

A well-established lumber yard in Boring, Oregon is seeking dedicated, hardworking individuals for a Lumber Yard Associate position. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in an outdoor environment. We are looking for reliable candidates interested in long-term employment as we continue to grow and implement new technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and process lumber orders accurately along the production line
• Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) – training available if needed
• Utilize scanners and tablets as part of the order fulfillment process
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Work collaboratively in a fully bilingual (Spanish-speaking) team environment

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Comfortable lifting heavy materials throughout the day
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Steel-toed boots required (all other PPE provided)
• Willingness to learn and use new technology
• Forklift experience preferred but not required
