THE JOB:

As the Assistant General Manager of Diablo's Cantina at MGM National Harbor, you'll be at the heart of the restaurant and nightlife experience! In this vibrant role, you'll work closely with the General Manager to lead the service team. Your passion for creating a WOW guest experience will shine through as you foster a lively atmosphere where guests can revel in the unique vibes of this restaurant.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $75K annually

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Collaborate with the General Manager to drive the operational and financial success of the venue.
• Support the General Manager in fostering a collaborative work environment that values teamwork, feedback, recognition, and employee engagement.
• Handle recruitment, training, and succession planning with a focus on diversity, compliance with policies, legal requirements, and labor agreements.
• Implement strategies set by property F&B leadership while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Ensure that the restaurant meets MGM Resorts’ service standards and is well-kept.
• Create a vibrant atmosphere, ensuring high customer satisfaction and an unforgettable experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 2 years or prior relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant, beverage or a nightlife/lounge setting.
• Bachelors Degree.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$60,700.00 - $101,200.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
