Job Description:

The LMHP position is responsible for providing social histories and/or intake assessments, discharge planning, individual/group and family therapy as a part of an interdisciplinary team. Will work with patients in crisis through the on call rotation.

EDUCATION: Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE: Preferred experience providing psychosocial histories, intake assessments, psychotherapy, discharge summaries and general progress notes of patients in psychiatric settings.

LICENSE: Current or provisionally licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner in the State of Nebraska (full licensed preferred) required.
