The compensation target range for this role is:
$80,800 - $95,000

You have exceptional forecasting and analytical skills with the ability to extract, analyze and explain business trends and promotional performance. Finally, you have a passion for building productive, cross-functional relationships across an organization and thrive in collaborative environments.
Your Role:
The eCommerce Demand Forecasting Analyst supports the eCommerce team by creating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and promotional models to inform business decisions by bringing to light trends in customer behavior, promotional and marketing initiatives, and the macro environment. A successful team member will innovate current planning and forecasting processes, assist eCommerce leadership in developing realistic and challenging business goals, and partner with teams across the organization to socialize targets with an emphasis on transparency and alignment.
