Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales performance in their assigned regions by developing and executing the overall strategy, leading, and developing their team, and nurturing internal relationships.

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Hybrid or Remote (travel distance of Uxbridge, MA headquarters)

Potential Earnings: $145,750 - $163,000 + 25% bonus plan

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for the Northeast area of US
  • Leads and manages the execution of direct, Rep, and distributor annual sales targets for their assigned regions.
  • Lead and develop direct reports as well as the next generation of RSM’s.
  • Execute the growth strategy in their region as set by the VP of Sales & Marketing
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%

Requirements

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of actual high-performance sales management
  • Sales management experience with products used in the manufacturing and/or process industries
  • Strong management experience with exceptional leadership skills with ability to lead teams and drive results
  • Experience with multi-channel sales approaches
  • Technical undergraduate degree + MBA (Preferred)
