Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The role involves the assembly of semi-finished products into complete machine assemblies of conveyor systems. The position offers a choice between 1st shift (Monday to Thursday, 5am-3:30pm), 3rd shift (Monday to Thursday, 6:30pm-5am), or a weekend shift (Friday to Sunday, 5am-5:30pm) in Canton, OH.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble semi-finished products into complete machine assemblies of conveyor systems.
  • Add various components such as nuts, bolts, couplings, and conveyors to fabricated structures.
  • Utilize hand, measurement, and power tools to complete work.
  • Follow work instructions and read blueprints.
  • Log notes in the computer for the following shift.

MUST HAVES:

  • Proficient in the use of hand, measurement, and power tools.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and read blueprints.
  • Mechanically inclined with a experience in assembly, machine building, construction, or automotive mechanics.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and mechanical assembly.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or automotive mechanics.
  • Good measurement skills and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.79 - $23.08/hr.
