We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Customer Solutions Manager to drive post-launch success for Amazon Buy with Prime and Multi-Channel Fulfillment products. You will work closely with merchants, developers, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration, optimize performance, and resolve technical challenges. Your expertise will help enhance merchant satisfaction and support the growth of Amazon’s innovative e-commerce solutions.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
