The UT System HR Analyst exists to support and optimize HR operations across all campuses and institutes by acting as a subject matter expert and advisor while applying HR data best practices. This role is responsible for leveraging Oracle HCM to analyze, report and enhance HR processes, ensuring data driven decision making and compliance with institutional, state, and federal policies. The HR Analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of HR analytics and reporting.

A bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or a related role with a
focus on Oracle HCM Cloud or similar platform.
Certifications required: Oracle HCM Cloud, PMP, SHRM-CP, or HRIP
Additional skills, experiences, and qualifications include:
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field and proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics, OTBI, BI Publisher.

Benefits and Compensation
Compensation for the position is budgeted for $105,000 to $125,000.
