Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience in SmartComm to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for developing innovative solutions. Experience in Data Governance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality SmartComm applications to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to ensure the successful deployment of SmartComm solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SmartComm applications.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
  • Ensure that all SmartComm solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve SmartComm applications.
  • Document technical specifications and provide training to end-users as needed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Data Governance team to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Must have 5 to 9 years of experience in SmartComm development.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with Data Governance is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
