Job Summary
The Sr. App Security Architect will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security of applications within our organization. With a focus on access management and asset management operations the candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and overseeing security measures. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of security protocols and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to safeguard company assets Agile.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust security architectures for applications to ensure protection against threats
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures seamlessly into application development processes
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
Provide expert guidance on access management strategies to enhance security protocols
Oversee the deployment of security tools and technologies to monitor and protect applications
Analyze security incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to application security
Lead efforts to educate and train staff on security best practices and protocols
Design security frameworks that align with organizational goals and objectives
Work closely with asset management operations to safeguard company assets and data
Develop policies and procedures to manage and mitigate security risks effectively
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security measures are up-to-date and effective
Monitor emerging security threats and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain robust protection
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in application security architecture
Demonstrate expertise in access management and asset management operations
Have a strong understanding of security protocols and industry standards
Show proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits
Exhibit excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on security trends
Hold a relevant certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
