Job Description
General Description:
The Microsoft 365 Enterprise Engineer administers and manages Microsoft cloud services for the college’s end-user production environment. This position is responsible for technical delivery and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools, including, but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID Active Directory, Defender Suite, Advanced Threat Protection and Security and Compliance Suite, Purview Suite, and InTune. This position administers, configures, and monitors third-party security tools that integrate with Microsoft 365 to ensure data security and compliance with federal and state policies, including, but not limited to FERPA, CJIS, HIPAA.
