Join Our Team as a Part-Time Occupational Therapist at UPMC Williamsport!

UPMC Williamsport is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis (64 hours per pay period). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and supported.
Schedule:
- 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Approximately one weekend every 4–5 weeks
- Two holidays per year

️ Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and treatments across a diverse patient population (pediatric to geriatric).
- Develop and adjust individualized plans of care based on patient progress and clinical judgment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with department standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Supervise and support occupational therapy assistants and students during clinical rotations.
- Participate in staff meetings, in-service education, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of an accredited program approved by The Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Active license in practicing state required. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Occupational Therapist (OT)
