We’re seeking an experienced and results driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing activity designed to optimise our customers’ journey, drive ongoing revenue and improve customer experience across all customer facing channels. In this dynamic and fast paced role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing initiatives and integrated communications plans, aligned to marketing and product strategy.

This role will develop and manage the marketing activity across pre-flight and in-flight products including Lounges, Upgrades, Seating and Ground Products. You will collaborate with cross functional teams including Product, Commercial, Corporate Comms, Brand, Digital, Creative, Analytics, Trade and Loyalty to leverage opportunities and solve business problems.

With a strategic, creative and analytical mindset, you will provide valuable marketing recommendations in line with budget, evaluate performance of activity and recommend optimisation strategies, ensuring maximum return on investment and best practices are followed.

You’ll have –

• 5-10 years of experience in roles related to Marketing
• Tertiary degree in Marketing or related field
• Deep understanding of all aspects of Marketing, with demonstrated ability to build marketing strategy, plans and campaigns from brief through to execution
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to executive level audiences.
• Appetite for a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience working on complex projects where you’ve navigated in the grey
• High level of attention to detail, with experience implementing process and new ways of working.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team as required
• Solid leadership capabilities and people management experience
