The Human Risk Management Analyst I is available onsite at our Springfield, Missouri office.

This is an entry-level position and does not have any management` responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with various stakeholders throughout the company to create tailored training that meets business, regulatory, compliance, and Information Security Organization requirements.
  • Actively apply task or project management experience, principles, and best practices to enhance program processes and execute upon program workflows.
  • Adhere to program roadmap and milestones by ensuring deliverables are released on time and with simple, clear, and quality content, thereby creating a consistent flow of current, relevant, and timely output.
  • Create a broad range of program materials such as newsletters, current event articles, reports, presentations, intranet page content, Learning Management System course content, and program announcements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Update program materials regularly by incorporating feedback from all available channels.
  • Assist with developing metrics that measure the program's effectiveness and run routine reports to prove impact over time.
  • Monitor the program’s group inbox, responding to and following up on messages received within established timeframes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree.
  • Two to four years of experience.

Additional Qualifications:

    • Four or more applicable years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of an associate degree.
    • Three or more years of experience with communications or corporate education program efforts: proven presentation and communication skills, to include verbal, visual, and written.
    • General knowledge of insurance concepts.
    • General knowledge of cybersecurity concepts.
    • Experience working with creative suite software and MS Office tools.
    • Familiarity with using virtual rewards programs, gamification technology, or social media to increase awareness and integration of awareness principles.
    • Mental agility, attention to detail, creativity, and innovative thinking.
    • Demonstrated project or task management skills.
    • Possess an understanding of the concepts of confidentiality, integrity, and prioritization strategy.
