SALMON at Northborough is seeking an experienced Recreation Director, responsible for the daily operation of recreation services within Whitney Place Assisted Living and Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center.
The Director of Resident Engagement will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience of residents of the Senior Living Community. This position is responsible for developing and implementing innovative engagement strategies that foster community, connection, and well-being among residents. The director will collaborate with various departments to ensure that programs and services are tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of residents. By leveraging data and feedback, the director will continuously assess and improve engagement initiatives to create a vibrant living environment. Ultimately, the goal is to cultivate a sense of belonging and satisfaction among residents, contributing to their overall quality of life.
Prior Recreation experience in a Senior Living setting required.
