What would be your responsibilities if you join us?

    • Partner with Symphony clients to craft and deliver digital solutions that unlock new levels of business value
    • Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-level infrastructure solutions.
    • Drive the automation of infrastructure and application deployment processes.
    • Establish and track metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of DevOps practices.
    • Drive the adoption of new technologies and practices that improve efficiency and reliability.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve high-level system issues and incidents.
    • Ensure the security, compliance, and reliability of systems.
    • Provide technical direction to guide engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
    • Work closely with executive leadership to align DevOps initiatives with business goals.

There are some requirements that will make you stand out:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 8-10 years of experience in DevOps role, with significant experience in leadership
    • Expertise in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline configuration, automation, and best practices
    • Strong experience with cloud architecture design and automation, particularly in the Azure ecosystem (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, etc.)
    • Proficiency in Terraform, Bicep and ARM
    • Extensive experience with data workflows and pipelines, including ETL processes, data storage, and integration with Azure data services
    • Advanced knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation
    • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
    • Strong understanding of security and compliance standards within cloud environments, especially related to data handling and privacy
    • Problem solving, consultant mindset
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
