What you will get to do:

• Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP and integrated systems, including CRM, EDI connections, shipping software, PowerBI, and TriNet payroll.
• Lead and manage NetSuite-related projects from planning to execution, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and system efficiency.
• Oversee data integration efforts across platforms while maintaining performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting system issues, maintaining security protocols, and ensuring uptime and performance.
• Play a critical role in the company’s ongoing transition from on-premise software to a fully cloud-based environment.
• Provide training and support to team members as needed to promote system adoption and best practices.

What will make you successful:

• 7+ years of experience managing ERP systems with a strong focus on NetSuite.
• Hands-on technical expertise in writing scripts, system configuration, data flows, and platform integrations.
• Proven experience managing cloud software environments and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of EDI, CRM systems, and reporting tools such as PowerBI.
• Ability to balance system administration tasks with project management responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
