We collaborate across borders and time zones to build innovative products and support our investing businesses. Teams across our firm provide compliant alternative data research, risk and portfolio construction feedback, trading execution, and operational support for our portfolio managers and analysts to inform and enable their investment processes.
Rotational Development Program
This two-year rotational program offers the opportunity to work with core Investment Services departments through three rotations lasting eight months each. You will rotate across key teams within the Offices of the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer. This program provides the opportunity to develop a robust array of analytical, operational, and project management skills, helping you build a strong foundation for a continued career at Point72. Upon successful completion of the rotational experience, you will have the opportunity to permanently join a team.

The annual base salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
