Salary: $16.00 per hour
Express is seeking dependable 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Machine Operators to join our exceptional team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce goods.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour (paid weekly)
Schedule: Make sure to include the shift you want in the subject line of the email.
- 1st Shift - 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift - 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift - 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM
Responsibilities:
- Set Up and Operate Machines: Follow procedures to configure and calibrate machines.
- Monitor Production: Watch for quality issues and equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain Machines: Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating.
- Manage Inventory: Ensure the right materials are available.
- Create and Maintain SOPs: Ensure machines are operating efficiently and safely.
- Train Others: Share knowledge of equipment with less experienced operators.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Machine Operator experience
- Must have a clean background
- Must pass a drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Good physical strength and manual dexterity to lift heavy materials.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality output.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor equipment issues.
- Ability to follow written and verbal
