Position overview

The Data Scientist will design and implement smaller-scale models and support data science initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for someone eager to apply their skills in machine learning and analytics to solve real-world problems in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

• Build, test, and deploy machine learning and statistical models
• Translate business challenges into analytical problems
• Support senior team members in large-scale data science projects
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and communicate insights
• Contribute to experimentation, feature engineering, and data preparation pipelines

Who you are

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in data science or analytics
• Proficient in Python and SQL; experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost)
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity
• Good communication skills and experience working with stakeholders
