Job Title: CDL B Driver

Location: Silverton, Or

Pay: $18.00-$20.00

Job Type: Full-time Monday through Friday

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL A/B driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to operate commercial vehicles efficiently. Experience with a Moffett forklift is highly preferred; however, candidates must be willing to train if they do not have prior experience. This position involves transporting goods/materials, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading all trucks to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL A/B vehicles for transportation and delivery purposes
• Load, unload, and secure cargo as needed, including operation of Moffett forklifts
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
• Maintain accurate logs of routes, mileage, and deliveries
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism on the road
• Load and unload all trucks to ensure proper handling of goods

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A or CDL B license
• Clean driving record and DOT compliance
• Experience operating Moffett forklifts (highly preferred) or willingness to train
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical labor as needed
• Strong knowledge of road safety and regulations
• Excellent time management and reliability
