Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Location: Multi-State (Remote/Regional Travel May Apply)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM + One Saturday/Month (Seasonal)

Compensation: $80,000 annually ($38.46/hour)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to lead our dispatch and customer service operations across three states. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a team of six customer service representatives, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, support, and coach a team of customer service representatives to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance.
  • Problem Solving: Respond effectively to challenges such as delayed deliveries or pending service calls, providing calm and strategic solutions.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate scheduling and dispatching to ensure timely and accurate service responses.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Hands-On Support: Step in as a working manager when necessary to support your team and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of complaints and inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service management; experience in HVAC, plumbing, or similar service-based industries preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems, email communication, and basic image editing (e.g., Snipping Tool).
