The Azure Storage team delivers a range of storage solutions—including Azure Blob Storage for object storage, Azure Files for shared storage, and Azure Disks for block storage—that empower developers to create scalable, durable, and highly available cloud-native and AI applications. These capabilities support workloads in containers, VMs, and more, forming the backbone of Microsoft's services like CoPilot, Office, Windows, Xbox, and countless others. In this role, you'll be part of a strategic team with influence across Microsoft and the tech industry.
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager II - Azure Storage to lead critical initiatives that support the delivery of supercomputer storage capacity and capabilities. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating efforts across various teams within Microsoft, including storage engineering, datacenter, supply chain, and build-out teams. You will ensure that new supercomputer projects come online smoothly, and you will drive end-to-end tracking, reporting, and coordination efforts.
In this role, you will be driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the project such as project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation planning. You will help solve key problems by coming up with solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints by building consensus and making project decisions to achieve tactical goals while retaining a strategic focus for our customers.

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
