Rooms To Go is seeking an Operations Training Manager in Lakeland, FL who can assist our operational business units with developing and facilitating training programs for team members. The qualified individual will assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of our workforce. We have a need for a dedicated trainer to create impactful learning experiences that drive lasting change and become deeply ingrained in workplace culture. Candidates must be passionate about training, development, creating impactful learning experiences and driving organizational growth. The training manager is located within the business but interacts closely with other support resources such as human resources, learning management and other training subject matter experts.
Operations Training Manager
We are looking to employ a training manager with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. A training manager is expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
