Make a Difference

This role leads the coding team, ensuring accurate billing and efficient operations. In this role, you will

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance
• Conduct hiring, training, and evaluations
• Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards
• Lead process improvements and manage budgets

Exceptional skills and qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Associates or Bachelors Degree (preferred)
• One of the following is required Certifications/Licensures: (Certified Procedural Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS))
• RHIA or RHIT preferred
• 3+ years coding experience (required)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
