To support Pharmacy Operations at the Direction of Pharmacy Management, including e-time, scheduling, and issues related to Payroll and Human Resources. To provide clerical support in terms of bookkeeping, accounting, typing and billing to the materials management and purchasing component of the department of pharmacy. Makes Customer Service a priority, treating customers (patients, visitors and co-workers) in a professional manner, exercising courtesy and tact. Effectively communicates with patients and others about SBH services in their area(s) of expertise or responsibility and ensures that concerns, questions or issues reach the right person(s) in SBH in a timely fashion Enterprise e-time payroll and payroll accrual reports: payroll updates performed on a daily basis; access and navigate the Enterprise e-time application. view and edit employee e-time Track and Maintain Regulatory Compliance for: Renewal Pharmacy subscriptions and licenses annually Monitor Pharmacist and Technician Licenses for in-date compliance

Policy Manager – maintaining policies.

Clerical duties include Answering telephone for Pharmacy Office; Coordinate mail deliver, pick-up and distribute. Sort and prioritize mail for Senior V.P. and other Managers; Schedule meetings and appointments; Photocopy and filing; Ordering office supplies from W.B. Mason; Maintaining department calendar; Maintain Pharmacy Conference Room Schedule Update books monthly. Maintenance and Engineering and I.T. work requests
