The Role
We are looking for a Early Careers and Campus Operations Manager to support one of our Financial Services clients in New York City.
This is a hybrid opportunity and will require you to work 3 days onsite at our client.
The compensation range for the opportunity is 116-153k
The Campus Operations Manager leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of campus recruitment programs to attract and hire top student talent (interns, co-ops, and entry-level hires). This role oversees end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and an exceptional candidate experience. The manager collaborates with recruiters, business leaders, and university partners to align hiring goals with organizational needs while driving data-backed optimization of processes and tools.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategy & Program Leadership:
- Develop and execute the campus recruitment strategy in alignment with organizational hiring goals.
- Lead the planning and execution of campus hiring cycles (e.g., fall/spring recruitment drives).
- Partner with business leaders and DEI teams to ensure inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.
- Operations & Process Excellence:
- Oversee all campus recruitment operations, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System) workflows, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Standardize and document recruitment processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Identify and implement automation/tech solutions (e.g., CRM, AI-driven screening) to improve efficiency.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts for recruitment tools and campus events.
- University Relations & Employer Branding:
- Strengthen partnerships with key universities, student organizations, and faculty to enhance talent pipelines.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media campaigns, campus ambassador programs).
- Represent the company at career fairs, tech talks, and networking events to attract top talent.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage a team of recruiters/coordinators, providing guidance on best practices and operational workflows.
- Serve as the primary liaison between TA, hiring managers, and university career services.
- Train recruiters and interviewers on campus hiring processes, compliance, and candidate experience standards.
- Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, conversion rates, diversity stats).
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Lead post-recruitment reviews to refine strategies for future hiring cycles.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working in Early Careers and Campus is a must have
- Experience working within Financial Services is strongly preferred
- Experience working on new implementations and driving change management is a must have
- 5 years of leadership experience is a must have
- Experience in training and development is ideal
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis with expertise in Excel is a must have
- High level Powerpoint skills in both creation and presentation of data is a must have
